Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

MR. McKEOUGH: Good evening and thank you for joining me tonight. I wanted to take a moment to address AKSM Media’s response to Coronavirus or COVID-19. As of right now we have no reported cases of COVID-19 at AKSM Media and I want to keep it that way. Thus we are suspending all operations across all of our brands including AKSM Press, AKSM Touring, AKSM Film Studios, and - unfortunately - AKSM Photography. We are asking all non essential personnel to stay at home and work at home. The only personnel that will be reporting to the studios are our broadcast journalism side of AKSM Film Studios. In regards to AKSM Photography, we are suspending all operations and reassessing on April 3rd, 2020 to see if we will be able to resume operations and in studio sessions on April 6th, 2020. As of right now, we are ceasing all graduation sessions; we are still taking interest forms, but we are not requiring any prepayments. Graduation announcements will be made in terms of each individual school that we have contracts with, and we will see and check with them to see if they are having their graduations and will go forward with having graduation photo shoot sessions. If they are canceling their graduation sessions, we will reassess at that moment. But as of right now, we are not taking any other bookings than interest bookings for AKSM Photography. We are asking - as I said before - all non-essential staff to stay home in order to contain this outbreak in this area. Our area is one of the hardest hit areas in Pennsylvania and we are hoping to keep everyone healthy and safe at AKSM Media.
